BOOKINGS, PAYMENT METHOD AND GENERAL RULES

All inquiries and bookings shall be submitted through our website or in person at the reception of our camp. By reserving a capacity through this website, the user declares that they accept these General Terms and Conditions pertaining to the service in full. Everything listed below thus becomes binding for both the user of the service and for Camp Lupis.

When reserving a capacity, the user of the service shall provide all required information. In order for a booking to be considered valid, the user of the service must guarantee their booking by paying a deposit.

Payment shall be made upon arrival at the reception, by credit card or cash, or by payment to a business bank account.

Camp Lupis implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data.

All bookings shall be considered valid only after the payment of the deposit. The deposit amount shall be fully deducted from the amount of the final invoice with respect to the booking made.

Discounts do not add up.

ACCOMMODATION TAX

Pursuant to regulations governing the payment of the accommodation tax, the user of the service shall pay the accommodation tax when paying for accommodation at the camp.

SERVICE PRICES

Service price represents the amount per person/day as stated in the price list for the services. Additional services are not included in the price and the user pays extra for such services. Camp Lupis reserves the right to change the prices of services at any time. For customers who have paid a deposit or provided an acceptable guarantee for the booking, Camp Lupis guarantees to charge them the prices that were valid at the time of the booking. Prices and terms and conditions stated in the valid price list shall apply for stays without a booking.

CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The facility and accommodation units within Camp Lupis are categorized by the competent authorities of the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Croatia in accordance with applicable legislation.

CAMP LUPIS’ RIGHT TO CHANGE AND CANCEL A BOOKING

Camp Lupis reserves the right to change the booking or the manner of service provision at any time, if circumstances beyond our control, which cannot be foreseen, avoided or delayed, should arise. The confirmed accommodation unit can be replaced with an accommodation unit of the same or higher category, given that the price that was valid at the time of booking confirmation remains unchanged and that the guest was informed about the change timely. If an alternative accommodation cannot be provided, and the booking is paid in advance, Camp Lupis reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund the full amount paid.

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are confirmed upon payment of a 30% advance payment (deposit).

The remaining balance shall be paid before arrival via bank transfer to the specified IBAN account or at the campsite reception upon check-in.

The advance payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation 60 days or less before the scheduled arrival date.

In case of cancellation 61 days or more before arrival, Camp Lupis retains EUR 40 as an administrative cancellation fee. The remaining amount shall either:

  • be refunded to the guest’s bank account, or
  • be converted into a voucher valid for the current or following season at the discretion of Camp Lupis.

In the event of early departure, Camp Lupis reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reserved stay. Any refund, voucher, or reduction shall be granted solely at the discretion of Camp Lupis.

If the guest fails to arrive by 22:00 on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, Camp Lupis reserves the right to cancel the reservation and reassign the accommodation unit or camping pitch. In such cases, paid amounts are non-refundable.

Guests are kindly asked to book responsibly. A confirmed reservation means that the accommodation unit or camping pitch is reserved exclusively for the guest and cannot be offered to other guests for the same period.

If guests are uncertain about the duration of their stay, Camp Lupis recommends checking availability by telephone and arriving without a prior reservation whenever possible.

Extension of stay is possible only subject to availability and must be arranged at the reception.

Discounts and benefits from camping partners, camping cards, or affiliated organizations are applied exclusively at the reception and according to the conditions published by the respective partners.

Camp Lupis may, at its sole discretion and without legal obligation, approve:

  • a change of reservation dates,
  • a voucher for future stay,
  • partial refund,
  • or other alternative arrangements,

depending on availability, timing of cancellation, and the specific circumstances of the case.

Guests do not have an automatic right to such arrangements.

GUEST’S RIGHT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL A BOOKING

If the guest wishes to change or cancel a reservation, the request must be submitted in writing via e-mail.

Cancellation and payment conditions are governed exclusively by the “Reservations, Payments and Cancellation Policy” section of these Terms and Conditions.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, accommodation services provided for a specific date or period are exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right applicable to distance contracts.

OBLIGATIONS OF CAMP LUPIS TOWARDS THE USER OF THE SERVICE

Camp Lupis shall constantly assess the quality of the service provided, pursuant to legislation, rules of the profession, and generally accepted customs and traditions in the tourism and hospitality industry. The Camp shall strive to fulfill its obligations in full unless circumstances beyond our control should arise.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER OF THE SERVICE

The user of the service shall obtain all required personal documentation and have it on them on arrival at and on departure from the accommodation units of Camp Lupis. The user of the service shall adhere to the house rules stipulated by Camp Lupis.

FORCE MAJEURE

Camp Lupis shall not be liable for inability to provide services due to force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

If the services from the offer are of poor quality, the guest can file a written complaint. Every guest has the right to complain about the undelivered paid service. Each guest – the holder of the confirmed reservation – shall submit a complaint separately. The guest shall cooperate with the staff of Camp Lupis in good faith in order to eliminate the causes of the complaint.

Complaint procedure:

The guest is obliged to immediately report the inadequate service at the reception or inform Camp Lupis about it via e-mail: marija@camplupis.tcloud.hr, or by mail to the following address: Lovište 68, 20269 Lovište.

Camp Lupis shall confirm the receipt thereof in writing and respond to the complaint within 15 days from the date of submission of the complaint.

JURISDICTION

All disputes or disagreements shall be resolved amicably in a manner acceptable to both parties, and if no solution can be reached, the jurisdiction of the locally competent court in Croatia.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Data covered by the privacy policy system

The data we ask from guests and which are protected are as follows: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone and/or mobile phone number, payment method, invoices and other information that you have provided and stressed that you wish to keep them confidential.

Purpose of the obtained data

All data received from the guest are used exclusively to respond to the guest’s request as efficiently as possible, to ensure the provision of the requested service, for the purposes of our internal statistical data processing.

Camp Lupis guarantees that the collected data will be used only for the stated purposes.

By providing your personal data through all forms of communication, you give your explicit consent to Camp Lupis to contact you for the stated purposes. If you do not want Camp Lupis to contact you, you are obliged to explicitly inform Camp Lupis thereof in writing.

Duration of the privacy policy

When you submit your data, you give us consent to contact you.

We will not sell, rent or make available your e-mail address and other information to third parties without your consent, as this is contrary to our privacy policy. Camp Lupis shall not be responsible for accidental error or error due to force majeure, or other objective circumstances that may cause an accidental breach of the guaranteed protection of your data but we guarantee that the error will be remedied as soon as possible.

Cookies and internet technologies

As with many other websites, our site may use cookies and other technologies that make it easier for us to deliver content depending on your areas of interest, process bookings or requests, and/or analyze the characteristics of your visits. Cookies alone cannot be used to reveal your personal identity. When you access our website, this information identifies the properties of your browser to our servers, but not your information.

If you want to delete or disable cookies on your computer at any time, you can update your internet browser settings.

Protection of children’s personal data

Camp Lupis neither wants nor intends to collect personal data of persons under 15 years of age, nor will use it in any way or disclose it to third parties. The personal data of the child and the parents shall be deleted from our database if the parents should request us to do so.

Change of data

You can contact us at any time to review your personal information, as well as to update, modify or delete information. Until then, we shall be using your old data for the purposes stated above.
